I think that this is going to be really hard to pull off because the one thing a phantom wedding has to have is red roses, and light purple dresses are going to be hard to blend with that. I’d watch the movie, go see the show if you’re in LV or NYC, or anywhere else the show is playing, and get inspiration from that.
Here are what I think are the most important things to try to get the idea of at your wedding:
Music. Gotta have some phantom music.
Red roses and tons of red rose petals.
Fog.
TONS of candles.

Keep in mind that it’s an over the top broadway show, and it’s going to be hard to maintain that over the top-ness while maintaining understated elegance. The thing is, if you go all out, it could feel like a theater production, and I don’t know that you would want that.
I wish you luck! I wish I could pull it off but there is no way my boy would let me do it. I’ll be lucky to pick out the music without him shooting down my ideas. But of course, that and the food are the only things he’ll have a say in.
